Anything I need for my old Irish Farmhouse, i buy on ebay. Before i go to a store to buy new, i check ebay. 99% of the time i find what i need and its always higher quality at lower prices. I think its the best form of recycling! And if i ever replace something in the house, the older version goes up for sale! It's a Simple concept, but who knows, if everyone gave it a try it might go some way to decreasing the billions of new products that need to be churned out every day.

Not a week goes by that i dont hang up my phone frustrated and confused at the lack of care and assistance most companies offer. They take it for granted that sales will come and therefore have no necessity to provide customer service. I plan to change this one teeny step at a time. I offer worldwide postage on all my listings. Every product i list has full postal information and rates for everywhere in the world. All products are packed in beautiful oyster colored boxes, with plenty of bubblewrap. So you get the best chance of receiving your purchase in one piece regardless of whether you purchase insurance.

I offer a full returns policy on all non-digital items. If you are not happy with your purchase, or even have buyers remorse, you can ship it back to me and i will refund you the full price of the product, excluding my initial postage & packing costs. If you are returning an item it is your responsibility to ensure it gets to me in one piece. If i receive any returns that are damaged i will not issue a refund.
