We are a small, family-run independent business, selling a wide range of jewellery and giftware. We aim to make buying on eBay a great experience for you.

UK Buyers - We accept Paypal, Personal Cheques and Postal Orders - please include Ebay ID, or transaction number. Euro/USA/International Buyers - We can ONLY accept Paypal. If your payment comes through as a Paypal Echeque, there will be a long delay in processing your order, as it can take 7 - 14 days to clear.

All items will be dispatched within 1 business day, unless otherwise notified, Bank Holidays etc. excepted. Unfortunately, Royal Mail's recent price increases have meant that our postage costs have gone up considerably. We will always combine postage costs where possible - PLEASE enquire for details. All items are wrapped as safely and securely as possible, and we do like to include that personal touch. Please note that we will not falsify Customs Documents. Please ensure your full address is correct in Ebay and Paypal - We cannot be held responsible if your address is incorrect.

If you receive an item that you no longer require, you are more than welcome to return it - please contact us within 7 working days of receipt, and return the item at your expense - Please note that items must be returned in the original packaging, in a resaleable condition. Faulty/ damaged items will be refunded or replaced, subject to availability - once again, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt. We will cover all postage costs in the event of a faulty item needing to be returned.
