After selling my hardware shop that I had succesfully run for 15 years I decided to return to the business in a small but determined way on eBay, my plan is to stock as many quality houseware items as possible & provide the level of service I used to

I ran and owned a successful and busy independant hardware shop for 15 years, I hope this gives me a good insight into customer needs regarding quality and price and I hope to stock everything a good hardware shop should.

I prefer PayPal because it is safer and quicker for both parties, for a seller things like refunds are easier and payment is cleared instantly in most cases, for a buyer you have peace of mind that the transaction is secure and above board. In certain circumstances I will accept cash or postal orders but this is always at the buyers risk ( use of registered mail is advised ) please ask before using this method of payment though. :-)

My postage costs are based on the weight of items after packing and a small amount is added to cover labour costs and packing materials so the price you pay will always be a little more than the price of the stamps, I do not make a profit on my P&P charges but if you feel that too much has been charged after recieving your goods I am always happy to review and refund if needed ( I offer this to cover the rare occasions where my calculations of the postage cost was over estimated ) of course if you feel I under charged you then I am happy to review that also !!!! :-)

I am happy to take any item back and refund you if you are not satisfied in any way but please can you use the original packaging, of course if something is faulty I will also refund your return postage costs. Thankyou.
