History/background
I studied for the City and Guilds Photographic Technician's Certificate at the Berkshire College of Art and Design back in the early/mid 1970s and passed with credit. I also 'did' Photojournalism for a while at the London College of Printing. Former jobs include Reprographics Technician (University of Reading), Darkroom Technician (Leeds), Holiday Camp Photographer (North Wales). Social photographer (Berkshire), Following this I turned freelance: Press photographer (Berkshire), Stock photographer (selling worldwide), Maritime photojournalist (worldwide)... now semi-retired and trying to recover... and spend more time with my wife Catherine. Recent initiatives include eBay photography-related projects... such as simply selling prints - which, as you will see, I do more for the love of it, than profit!
