All watches are fully tested before shipping. If the watch is defective on receipt then a replacement will be given. If no replacement watch is available then a full refund including postage will be made. Please note that all defects must be reported when items are received and returned to me unused in their original packaging without any alterations within 14 days of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS outside the 14 days period will be considered. Return postage for exchanges are non refundable.
