I post Monday Wednesday Friday first thing in the morning. I wish the post wasnt so expensive this last rise has really made a big difference.Unfortunately to send items abroad however big or small cost £5 Insurance and tracking and most customers cannot or do not want to pay it and ask for cheapest air mail. However if there is a problem and item does not turn up many customers then demand Tracking and Insurance details through Paypal knowing they did not request or pay for it. Its human nature but something I cannot afford as Royal Mail do NOT pay out for uninsured items although you may get the odd book of stamps
