Byronix proudly very much a 'People Business' has been trading for many years and has become a leading on-line supplier of genuine Mercedes Benz and BMW accessories. We are a registered concern based in the North-East of England, providing an excellent all-round service, amply evident if you read the feedback comments left by our clients. Ever-growing, new accessories, components, and other items are continually added to our Store.

Delivery information
We carry large amounts of stock so there are hardly ever any delays when you purchase from us and items are almost always sent the same day or very next day so it can be delivered to your door or place of work ASAP. We post to most countries worldwide.
We try and keep our costs to a minimum and try to be as fair as possible. Our items are all packaged using various packaging solutions. We dont grab some rubbish out the bin to package up a parcel. Almost all the items we sell are in various size boxes and envelopes that we have to purchase which do cost us money and sometimes it is reflected on the postage cost as is the printed labels.
Return policy
For new items, our returns policy is pretty simple: If you don't like it, send it back!
At Byronix, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We GUARANTEE an exchange or refund on any new product that does not meet with your approval. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days after the delivery date and we will exchange the product or refund the purchase price. All returns must be in the new condition as they were sent with original packaging, tags and labels attached and unfitted where applicable.
In the unlikely event that you would like to return an item, we do just ask that you either call or email us so that we can happily advise you and also expect its return so that we can refund you. Please do enclose a note with user ID or invoice number etc.
