Buying property in Bulgaria, the Walmart Effect

Bulgariadirect has its roots in Veliko Turnovo, an attractive and prosperous part of Bulgaria (Forget the hype of the coast, which is only occupied for a short period in the summer) and of the extreme South of Bulgaria (Which is the same as every other part of Bulgaria, possibly slightly less prosperous and viable for living in and around). Our stara Zagora office is the newest of the bunch, and was opened to welcome clients coming through our auctions to see what the area has to offer and to complete on auction property. All property is declared at its true sales price, we do not underdeclare property.

Payment by direct bank transfer to our Bulgarian company account. Since you're initially invoiced by us, and we're a registered Bulgarian company (VAT registered also) this is the best method which allows minimal cost for either party, we dont take payment to personal accounts!

Deeds for property can be sent registered at small cost, or you are welcome to pick the keys and deeds up for your new property from your regional office.
